LE PONT 402 is an ode to contemporary restraint, reimagined with soul. Designed and styled by The Studio by DH, this waterfront apartment in Dubai embodies an atmosphere of curated calm—where light, material, and form converge with effortless precision. Every inch is intentional, creating a sensory living experience grounded in quiet luxury.
Exterior Area
A Living Space Bathed in Natural Light
At the heart of the apartment lies a tranquil open-plan living and dining space, framed by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the home with soft daylight and marina views. The palette remains grounded in warm neutrals—beige, cream, and soft taupe—allowing organic textures and form to lead the design. A sculptural glass-and-brass pendant light floats above the dining table, functioning as both illumination and visual punctuation. The dining table itself—a polished stone slab—anchors the space, surrounded by textural upholstered chairs that invite comfort. Subtle linen drapery softens the structural geometry of the windows, and a plush, low-profile sofa rounds out the space with effortless sophistication. This carefully curated environment reflects the principles of sustainable interior design in Dubai, where form, function, and environmental consideration intersect beautifully.
A Bedroom Rooted in Serenity
The bedroom echoes a similar philosophy of balance and calm. The bed, wrapped in cream-toned upholstery, rests against a feature wall of softly fluted vertical panels—adding texture without overwhelming. The warm timber flooring lends continuity, while the symmetry of twin dark wood side tables provides contrast and structure. Every element is tactile, considered, and calming—from the creamy woven blanket to the blackout drapery that can be drawn for deep rest. A sculptural mirror, suspended with a leather strap above a curved wood dresser, acts as both a focal point and a reflection of natural light. It’s a space that feels grounded, private, and intentionally restorative. As with our previous villa renovation in Dubai Hills, the emphasis here is on creating an environment of serene functionality that still celebrates elevated design.

Boutique-Inspired Wardrobe Experience
In the walk-in wardrobe, dark bronze-framed glass doors enclose meticulously lit timber shelving—offering not just storage, but display. The lighting is subtle and ambient, casting a golden hue over folded fabrics, woven textures, and personal items. Above, slatted wooden panels allow the space to breathe, while maintaining visual consistency with the overall material palette.
This space feels less like storage and more like a boutique—quietly luxurious and purposefully arranged, just as one might expect from top interior design consultants in Dubai.
A Powder Room Defined by Stone & Light
In the powder room, material takes center stage. A monolithic rectangular basin is carved entirely from a single block of travertine-look stone—its edges sharp, its surface honed. Cabinetry is clad in vertical-grain veneer, echoing the same warmth seen throughout the residence. Brushed brass fixtures emerge elegantly from the stone, and soft under-cabinet lighting casts a gentle glow that highlights the textural richness of the wall cladding. Decorative accents are minimal—a reed diffuser in amber glass, a marble soap tray—yet they speak volumes in refinement.

A Wellness-Centered Bathroom
The primary bathroom continues the palette of stone and brushed brass, wrapping the shower area in soft beige surfaces. A ceiling-mounted rain shower and streamlined handheld fixture in gold lend a spa-like ambiance. The flooring—crafted from slatted timber—adds warmth underfoot while allowing for natural drainage, emphasizing both comfort and functionality.
Built-in shower niches provide minimalist storage, illuminated to enhance depth and avoid clutter. The entire space is designed to feel private, elemental, and calming.

Lighting as Functional Art
Perhaps one of the most defining elements in LE PONT 402 is the sculptural chandelier in the main living area. A circular brass frame supports frosted glass orbs, suspended in a constellation-like composition. The fixture doesn’t just illuminate—it captivates, drawing the eye upward and balancing the vertical dimension of the space.
It’s a subtle nod to mid-century modernism but reimagined through the lens of contemporary coastal elegance.
