Narrative
Nestled in the lush enclaves of Dubai Hills, Fairway 22 stands as a bold architectural gesture of modernity rooted in serenity. This residence was envisioned as an extension of the landscape—where clean geometry meets curated textures to create an atmosphere of grounded luxury. Our intervention focused on developing a harmonious exterior experience that brings warmth and intimacy to bold linear forms. From the towering entryway to the rhythmic outdoor pergola, each spatial element was designed to invite a calm, tactile connection to the environment.

Interior
Sculptural Entrance
The entryway, crowned by a soaring, pivoted wooden door, introduces visitors to the residence through a play of verticality and shadow. The lattice of bronze-toned fins creates a poetic filter of light that changes throughout the day, while the angled façade panels add depth to the otherwise minimalist massing. A strategic insertion of glass in vertical slivers brings transparency to an otherwise opaque monolith, bridging solidity with visual lightness.
Terrace & Poolside Living
The terrace was conceived as a seamless continuation of the home’s clean architectural lines. Weathered wood decking adds texture underfoot, offering a softened contrast to the structured vertical timber fins that frame the glass façade. The infinity-edge pool reflects the lush palm perimeter and delivers an unobstructed sense of flow, with linear tilework in varying green hues creating visual movement beneath the water’s surface.
Furniture selections blend natural fibers with low, grounded silhouettes. Woven rattan loungers and curved modular sofas are chosen not just for comfort but to evoke a language of casual sophistication—an approach we often bring to our affordable interior design Dubai projects as well.

Outdoor Bar & Dining Pavilion
Set beneath a cantilevered teak pergola, the outdoor bar reads as a sculptural monolith. Crafted from honed grey granite and buff travertine, the materiality evokes a Mediterranean palette rooted in permanence. Wooden bar stools with white leather backs inject contrast without overpowering the calm tonal language. The structure itself is framed with clean, monolithic pillars—punctuating the openness of the space with a sense of quiet monumentality. It was important that this zone not just function as a dining space, but perform as a social anchor—open, breathable, and welcoming.
Garden Path & Green Spine
An organic, winding garden path leads through the rear of the property, flanked by sculpted palms and manicured bamboo clusters. Each tree is placed with intent, framed in square-cut travertine beds and river stones to elevate their sculptural presence. This landscape expression complements the larger architectural transformation—a bespoke villa renovation in Dubai that blends indoor elegance with outdoor living.
