La Mer 414
A study in contrast, where soft forms, pale finishes and sculptural black accents give a compact Dubai apartment a stronger architectural identity.
Shaped around the idea of making a relatively restrained palette feel distinctive. Soft upholstery and light timber create a calm base, while black sculptural furniture, graphic rugs and expressive lighting introduce tension and character. The custom media wall and illuminated display shelving were designed as part of the architecture rather than added decoration, giving the living space a cleaner sense of structure. In the bedroom, the same language becomes softer and more intimate through layered neutrals, warm textures and carefully controlled contrast. The result is a contemporary home that feels composed, individual and quietly confident.
