Driven × Forbes Global Properties Office
A refined corporate interior that balances executive presence with the warmth and comfort of a hospitality-led workspace.
Designed for Driven Properties and Forbes Global Properties, this office was conceived to feel polished, confident and distinctly client-facing without becoming overly formal. The reception establishes the tone through marble, dark timber and restrained branding, while the lounge introduces softer forms and more residential-style furniture to create an immediate sense of comfort.
Throughout the workspace, meeting rooms and executive areas are defined by rich wood finishes, precise linear lighting and carefully framed city views. The contrast between structured architectural elements and softer upholstery gives the office a more considered character, allowing formal workspaces and informal meeting areas to sit naturally within the same design language. The result is a contemporary Dubai office that feels professional, sophisticated and representative of both brands.
