Exterior Area
Every detail within Hiliana Tower embodies The Studio by DH’s dedication to meticulous craftsmanship and intentional design. From structural enhancements to curated interiors, this renovation reflects a commitment to sophisticated spatial planning, premium materials, and timeless appeal.
Living Area
The renovation introduced a light-filled, open-concept layout, with expansive windows framing breathtaking city and sea views. The removal of outdated finishes allowed for a sleek, seamless design, complemented by soft furnishings that enhance warmth and comfort. The integration of muted neutral tones, modern lighting fixtures, and premium flooring creates a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere.
Bedroom
Once an empty, unpolished space, the bedroom has been transformed into a tranquil retreat with elegant furnishings and a layout that maximizes natural light. The addition of custom curtains, contemporary flooring, and carefully curated furniture ensures a sense of serenity and luxury.

The thoughtful arrangement of furniture fosters an atmosphere of intimacy and elegance, making it ideal for both casual meals and formal gatherings.
Bathroom
The bathroom underwent a complete transformation, stripping down to the raw structure before being reconstructed into a spa-like sanctuary. With high-end tiling, sleek fixtures, and warm ambient lighting, the space now embodies modern sophistication and relaxation.
