Perched above the vibrant lifestyle district of City Walk, this contemporary residence was crafted as an elevated sanctuary amidst the city’s energy. Citywalk 404 brings forward a refined softness to modern city living where sculptural forms, muted tones, and expressive art coexist in serene balance.
As part of our City Walk interior design services, the design objective was to introduce warmth and texture without overwhelming the space’s clean lines. Every detail from lighting curation to object placement was refined to create balance and depth. Interior
Living Room: A Minimalist Dialogue
The living area is built around natural tactility and tonal harmony. A sand-toned sectional paired with a layered jute rug gives the room a soft, grounded presence. Floor-to-ceiling windows, dressed in sheer ivory drapery, diffuse Dubai’s light, extending the sense of space.
Sculptural artwork in black and cream, a glass-and-iron coffee table, and amber-toned accents bring rhythm and dimension. This is a living space defined by luxury apartment design in City Walk Dubai, balancing aesthetics with function.
Dining Area: Sculptural Intent
The dining space centers around a black marble table with bold veining, surrounded by curved boucle chairs. Overhead, a custom opal-glass chandelier introduces vertical energy.
