The Driven Kiosk is a cutting-edge real estate space, designed to create an immersive client experience while redefining the concept of branding and engagement. Developed by The Studio by DH, this project merges sleek, modern architecture with strategic functionality, allowing for a seamless interaction between clients and property consultants.
Exterior Area
The entire space was conceptualized to reflect modern urban sophistication, with a seamless fusion of technology and high-end design. Every detail, from branding placement to spatial flow, was carefully curated to ensure an intuitive and engaging client experience.
Exterior Design and Brand Presence
The exterior of the Driven Kiosk was designed to make an impact. A minimalist yet bold approach was taken with clean white surfaces, dynamic 3D branding elements, and curved architectural forms that set the space apart from traditional sales kiosks. The integration of LED display screens on curved surfaces enhances engagement, ensuring an interactive and visually compelling experience for visitors. Large glass panels invite transparency, allowing natural light to seamlessly blend the indoor and outdoor environments.
Material and Texture Selection
To achieve a refined and polished aesthetic, a neutral-toned palette was selected, complemented by premium finishes. Smooth plastered walls, light oak flooring, and custom-built furnishings contribute to an elegant yet approachable space. The furniture and built-in elements were carefully selected to enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal, maintaining a balance between sleek minimalism and warm, welcoming textures. Lighting and Spatial Planning
Lighting played a crucial role in defining the ambiance of the kiosk. The design incorporates indirect LED lighting embedded within the ceiling architecture, creating a soft, diffused glow that enhances the spatial experience. Recessed lighting elements were strategically positioned to highlight the real estate model and consultation areas, ensuring an inviting and immersive atmosphere. The sculptural ceiling design introduces a dynamic visual element, reinforcing the contemporary nature of the space.
Styling Details and Digital Integration
The Driven Kiosk was designed not only as a functional sales space but also as an extension of the brand’s identity. Digital touchpoints, including interactive screens, were integrated to provide real-time access to property listings, investment insights, and virtual tours. The layout ensures fluid movement for clients, with clearly defined consultation areas that enhance interaction while maintaining a refined, clutter-free environment.
