In Conversation with Rina — The Systems Behind the Studio

While the spotlight often shines on the designers at Studio by DH Interiors, there’s a quiet force behind the scenes making it all possible. Meet Rina—the studio’s admin and organizational powerhouse.
“I make sure everything runs smoothly,” she says. But her role is far more than answering emails. From managing project timelines to keeping client communication clear and consistent, Rina is the thread that holds the operations together. “It lets the team focus on their creative work, without getting bogged down by logistics.”
One thing people often miss? Just how many systems she manages. “I’m not designing, but I help set the stage for the design to happen,” she explains. That includes removing roadblocks and ensuring that every project stays on track.
Even though she’s not part of the design team, her environment has had an impact. “Working here has changed how I see space. I notice how layout, color, and texture work together. I’ve started applying that thinking to my own home.”
And if she were to design her dream workspace? “A cozy, stylish lounge with soft seating, natural light, and calming decor. A space to relax, brainstorm, or chat with the team.”
Rina may not be sketching out floorplans—but she’s building something just as essential: the foundation that allows creativity to flourish.
